Recruitonomics aims to help business leaders navigate the recruitment challenges they face caused by broader economic forces.
Powered by Appcast, Recruitonomics is a hub for data-driven research that aims to make sense of our evolving world of work. Combining labor economics and recruitment best practices, Recruitonomics seeks to bring clarity to the chaos of a changing economic landscape.
Recruitonomics will not endorse or denounce specific pieces of legislation, as that would cross the line into advocacy. Our goal is to produce data-driven research that is positive (empirical statements about how the world is) and not normative (value statements about how the world should be). In short: Recruitonomics aims to be politically unbiased, while not shying away from how politics impacts recruiting.
Powered by Appcast’s world-class dataset, Recruitonomics aims to be the top source of data-driven insights for recruiting leaders who recognize the importance of staying on top of economic trends in the labor market in order to navigate change and continue to attract qualified talent.
Recruitonomics will feature timely and relevant content for talent acquisition and HR professionals while also producing research relevant to economists, business leaders, and anyone interested in how organizations hire people and how people search for work.
